Italian Visa Programs
If you would like to be recognized as an Italian citizen, but you don’t have an ancestor that was born in Italy, there are still options available to you. There are several different visa programs in Italy. These visa programs can allow you to go to retire in Italy, live in Italy, work in Italy, attend University in Italy, and more. 1. Retirement Visas
In some situations, it is possible to apply for Italian Citizenship via your local consulate. There are several Italian Consulates across the U.S.. Each consulate has a region of the U.S. that belongs to them, so you use “your” consulate. The consulate route has some challenges and it often takes a very long time to finish using this method. Plan for it to take you 5-10 years to be recognized using this method. Contact us to discuss your (better) options.
2. Investment Visas
We have a method that allows us to conduct your citizenship process from Italy. This method is typically much faster than using the U.S. Italian Consulate method. This approach requires you to be able to travel to Italy in person and purchase property, but it may be a dream option for you. Contact us for more details.

3. Study Visas
This path to citizenship allows you to take care of everything remotely without traveling via the Italian legal system. This is our most popular option. Our firm handles everything for you throughout the process. From building your case to representing you in the legal system, we take care of you. Contact us for more details.
